User Access

Selecting an equipment:

• To choose the facility that fits your experiment design, you should check the Equipment section. There you can find all the technical parameters and applicable possibilities of each device.

Booking:

• First check the availability of the devices on the occupancy calendar, administrated by the GF Specialist.
• If you want to book a growth space fill in the booking form. Your reservation is processed by a GF Specialist based on a queue system. You will be informed as soon as possible if your reservation is accepted or declined.
• You can book a growth space for a maximum range of 4 months.
• The greenhouses and cultivation rooms may be booked only via communication with the GF Specialist.
• If you end your booking earlier, always inform the GF Specialist.

Rules:

• All users are obliged to read and follow the Operation rules of the Growth Facility. In case of a repetitive or serious violation of the rules, you may not be allowed to book and use any growth space in the Growth Facility.
• Each user needs to be trained by the growth facility specialist before using the GF.
